- (The) Fulfillment of this condition is on the operator of the GSM-R track-side subsystem (network operator), which is responsible for issuing and allocating GSM-R SIM cards, and on the operator of vehicle including the GSM-R on-board subsystem, which is responsible for using only GSM-R SIM cards issued in this way.
Czechia:
› Vehicle designed for freight trains.
› Excludes multi-person driving or possible combination of locomotives.
› Equivalent of line load class - not exceeding D2 (single, double, convoy).
› Transition group 3 (in terms of transverse forces).
› The Koliber GSM-R/VHF/UHF on-board voice radio station does not support the general stop function in GSM-R system according to the Railway Infrastructure Administration Directive TS 3/2014.
Slovakia:
› The vehicle inventory must be equipped with signalling aids for the creation of signalling markings of the train according to the ŽSR (IM) Decree Z 1 Rules for railway operation.
› The traction rolling stock may be operated on lines classified in line classes D2, D3, D4, E4 and E5 only.
› According to the transverse effects on the railway superstructure, the traction rolling stock is classified in transmissibility group 3.
› On ŽSR lines supplied with 25 kV 50 Hz AC traction, the regenerative mode for tis rolling stock is prohibited.
› On the line sections equipped with ETCS L2 (Žilina - Čadca - SK/CZ state border) the traction rolling stock may drive exclusively with active on-board part MIREL VZ1 in mode of national signalling system LS until positive results of compatibility tests according to test scenario T_108 have been proven.
› For electrodynamic braking, the regenerative mode with the transfer of electrical energy to the overhead contact line may be used on selected sections of the ŽSR lines supplied with 3kV DC traction, marked with the sign 158 " Rekuperácia dovolená" (Regeneration permitted).
› When operating the locomotive E6MST "Dragon 2" series 3260 (ET43) with on-board ETCS L2 BL3 version 3.4.0 on the railway line Žilina - Čadca - SK/CZ state border, the driver must monitor and control the drive of the traction rolling stock according to the instructions for electric operation in accordance with the ŽSR (IM) Decree Z 1 Rules for railway operation, which are placed on the railway infrastructure and are valid for the relevant track.

› The vehicle inventory must be equipped with signalling aids for the creation of signalling markings of the train according to the ŽSR (IM) Decree Z 1 Rules for railway operation.
› The traction rolling stock may be operated on lines classified in line classes D2, D3, D4, E4 and E5 only.
› According to the transverse effects on the railway superstructure, the traction rolling stock is classified in transmissibility group 3.

The coded restriction 4.2 'Condition based (distance travelled, wear. etc.)' shall read 'Locomotive designed for freight trains'.
The value entered for parameter 4.7.1 'Maximum average deceleration' corresponds to worn wheels. Value for new wheels is 0.87 m/s2 and for half-worn wheels 0.90 m/s2.
The values entered for parameter 4.7.5 'Emergency brake: Stopping distance and deceleration profile for each load condition per design maximum speed' correspond to worn wheels and 'G' regime.
