From the date of this authorisation until 30 October 2020, the area of use covers all networks of the Member States of the European Union, excluding the networks of those EU Member States that have notified the Agency and the Commission in accordance with Article 57(2a) of Directive (EU) 2016/797 (as amended) and that have not yet transposed that Directive and brought into force their national transposition measures pursuant to Article 55(5a) of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/545 (as amended).
The type is compliant with the requirements of point 7.1.2 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 321/2013 as amended by Regulations (EU) No 1236/2013, 2015/924 and 2019/776. The type is compliant with Commission Regulation (EU) No 1304/2014 as amended by Regulation (EU) No 2019/774.
As of 31st October 2020, the area of use will cover the networks of all Member States of the European Union.
Update 2021-09-03: Upon request of the type holder was the reference of the EC type examination certificates updated in result of a 15(1)(b) change on July 16, 2021. The new certificate 1467/1/SB/2020/RST/PLEN/850/V03 confirms compliance with the latest amendment (EU) 2020/387 of TSI WAG (EU) 321/2013, which was not included in the original authorisation EU8020200029 from September 09, 2020. Disclaimer: The update of the ERATV record due to changes in the authorised vehicle type categorised by the type holder in accordance with Article 15(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2018/545 has been processed by the concerned authorising entity on the basis of the information provided by the holder of the vehicle type authorisation, and does not constitute an approval of the categorisation performed by the holder. The publication of the updated ERATV record was performed according to the ERATV quality requirements, without any assessment of the documentation provided by the holder regarding the categorisation of the changes or any other document unrelated to the mere update of the concerned ERATV record.
