Technical Characteristics: Equipment
This section form (Figure 31) contains the parameters related to the Vehicle Type’s equipment. The form contains the following parameters:
- “4.9.1 Type of end coupling”: the user can select multiple values from a predefined list or supply custom values by selecting option “Other (Specify)”. By selecting any value (except “None” value), the user may provide for each one, two complementary values :“Tensile forces” & ”Compressive forces”, decimal number within the range [0.0001 , 9999.9999] expressed in kN.
- “4.9.2 Axle bearing condition monitoring”: the user can select multiple values from a predefined list or supply custom values by selecting option “Other (Specify)”.
- “4.9.3 Flange lubrication”
- “4.9.3.1 Flange lubrication fitted”: the user can select between values True & False. If the value False is selected, then parameter “4.9.3.2 Possibility of preventing the use of the lubrication device” is cleared and disabled.
- “4.9.3.2 Possibility of preventing the use of the lubrication device”: the user can select between values True & False.
The user may fill in any of the provided technical characteristics or perform any of the actions that are described in Step 2 help page.
