Administration of Auxiliary User Records
The ERATV Administrator account has only read access on the Auxiliary Users registered
for accessing the ERATV system. Maintenance of the Auxiliary Users is performed
exclusively by the NSA users.

List of Auxiliary Users
The List of Auxiliary Users list contains two sections:
The search criteria section allows the user to filter the list of Auxiliary
Users presented in the list. By default no search criteria are selected. Clicking
the “Search” button will apply the filters and display the results in the grid.
The “Reset Search Fields” button clears all the search criteria back to the default
values. The available search criteria are:
- Full Name
- Organisation: the name of the organisation that the Auxiliary User belongs to.
This is not the name of the NSA registering the user, but rather the company name
of the users employer.
- E-mail Address
- National Safety Authority: a selection from the available NSA organisations. This
is the registering NSA of the Auxiliary User.
- Role: read-only and set to “Auxiliary user”
- Status: the status of the user. Possible values are:
- Active;
- Inactive;
- Inactive through NSA.
- Sort by: the filter to sort the results by. Available values are:
- E-mail;
- Full Name;
- Organisation;
- Country.
- Sort Order: the sorting order that will be applied on the “Sort by”
filter. Available options are Ascending and Descending.
The results section contains the records that satisfy the search criteria
specified in the Search Criteria Section.
The records are listed in a grid and the allowable actions depending on the access
rights of the logged in user.
The grid contains the following fields:
- Full Name
- Organisation. This is the organisation registered during the Auxiliary User
creation and not the NSA organisation
- E-mail Address. The email address of the auxiliary account
- National Safety Authority. The NSA that this auxiliary user was registered for.
- Status. The status of the auxiliary user record. if the status is "Inactive" or
"Inactive through NSA" then the auxiliary user will not be able to log into the
ERATV system. Available values are:"
- Active;
- Inactive;
- Inactive through NSA.
- Actions. The actions that can be performed on the auxiliary user record. These are:
- Edit. Allow the record to be edited as described in the Add Edit of auxiliary users help page.
- Activate/Deactivate. This will toggle the status of the auxiliary user record.
If the record status is set to "Inactive through NSA" then this link has no affect
